About Me
Great to meet you!
Hi! My name is Brian, and I’m honored you’re considering me for your therapy journey. Since I can remember I have enjoyed teaching, mentoring and, coaching. I have a unique background in crisis management, trauma, and substance abuse. I use a straightforward but non-judgmental approach in providing guidance and alternatives to one’s given situation. I enjoy helping my clients learn new and updated methods of building resiliency, coping skills and conflict management via an integrative approach.

My Background
My professional background includes U.S. Army Reserve Veteran, Law Enforcement Officer (retired), Youth Alternatives and Family Crisis – Clinical Mental Health Counselor; Law Enforcement Mental Health Services, and EAP Consultant/counselor. I have a Master’s (M.S.) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I am a Registered Licensed Mental Health Counselor, certified in EMDR, solution-focused techniques, trauma-informed care, Crisis Intervention and Stress Managerment.
I work with clients with mental health issues such as Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, Domestic Violence, ADHD, Complex/Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder’s (CPTSD & PTSD), Burn-Out, Suicidal Ideations, Family Instability, Adjustment Disorder, Boundary Setting and aid families by helping to restore balance in their home. I specialize in substance abuse/dependence as well. I look forward to working with you in helping you achieve your goals.
